General Policy
This Membership Agreement is a binding agreement between you the member, and Trafficattitude.com.
Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a subscription for services implies consent to this agreement, as well as future updates, alterations or changes to this agreement.
Terms of Membership
SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority. SPAM/UCE complaints against you may result in loss of your Trafficattitude.com account(s), without recourse on your part.
Legal action will be pursued by Trafficattitude.com for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you.
Simply put, DO NOT send SPAM or UCE. The consequences of this type of marketing can cause substantial damage for all parties involved.
Please note, Trafficattitude.com is not responsible for the income claims or promises with sites in rotation. Please research all business opportunities before you join them. Be sure to visit your local Better Business Bureau, and other consumer awareness organizations before you invest any amount of money! You join any program at your own risk.
As a member, you agree to receive discount offers, promotions and informative updates from Trafficattitude.com to all email addresses on record.
SECTION 2 -- REQUIREMENTS OF MEMBERSHIP
2.1 VOLUNTARY ENROLMENT
As a member you acknowledge that you are signing up voluntarily under your own free will and under no circumstances were you persuaded to sign up under any false pretences.
2.2 AGE REQUIREMENT
As a member of Trafficattitude.com you acknowledge that you are at least 13 years of age. Should any law exist where you are a resident that would forbid you to use any of the services contained within the website, then those laws shall supercede this agreement. It is the responsibiltiy of the member to ensure that they are complying with local laws and the Company is hereby removed from any liability resulting from an individual gaining membership against such laws and regulations.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
All members of Trafficattitude.com must maintain a correct profile at all times. This includes maintaining your correct and FULL name, as well as a valid email address. If the company should find at any time that the information you have listed in your profile is inaccurate, or incomplete, the company will delete your account without notice and you will lose all credits . Please feel free to view the privacy policy that is available on the Trafficattitude.com website.
EMAIL PROMOTION
As a member of Trafficattitude.com, you agree not to send out any unwanted email promotion (SPAM) regarding the our website and/or any of its products or services. You agree to only send out messages to individuals who you personally know or individuals who have asked specifically or agreed to receive advertisements/offers from you. Trafficattitude.com exercises a ZERO tolerance on SPAM and your membership will be revoked immediately if you are found to be spamming others.
trafficattitude.com's general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. trafficattitude.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by Trafficattitude.com if Trafficattitude.com determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
Trafficattitude.com forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Trafficattitude.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of Trafficattitude.com's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Trafficattitude.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. Trafficattitude.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
Trafficattitude.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Trafficattitude.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Trafficattitude.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that Trafficattitude.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. Trafficattitude.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
